Babar Azam Century Powers Peshawar Zalmi to 221/7
Peshawar Zalmi made a flying start after Mohammad Haris and Babar Azam added 72 runs for the first wicket. Haris played an explosive cameo, scoring 35 off just 16 balls with five fours and two sixes.
Babar then took control of the innings with a classy 103 off 59 balls. His knock included 12 fours and four sixes, and he kept Zalmi moving at a strong rate even after the middle-order wickets.
Kusal Mendis also played an important hand with 41 off 26 balls. His 84-run stand with Babar gave Zalmi the platform for a huge total.
